Ms. Hensley's classes participated in Poetry and Popsicles. Students went outside and wrote Haiku poems about nature and then traded their compositions for a popsicle.

Teachers really are superheroes! Yesterday after school, a kitten was trapped in the undercarriage of a car. Teachers were able to rescue the kitten just as animal control arrived. Mrs. M. Garrett has agreed to foster the kitten until he/she is healthy and ready for a furever home.

Amazing 6th grade projects.
