Her willingness to lend a helping hand and share her expertise creates a positive and collaborative work environment. During February’s Craft Corner, students enjoyed decorating yarn-wrapped letters. This was a creative and fun way for the kiddos to personalize their rooms with colorful, handmade decor!

The Scholastic Book Fair will be open this week and next week. Regular hours are from 7:30-3:15; however, the fair will close at 12:15 on the final day, Thursday, February 13th. Students are welcome to shop before school, throughout the school day, and/or after school. Families may shop with students after school. Payment may be made in the form of cash, checks (made out to MNM), debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Scholastic eWallet. BCSD schools and offices will re-open and resume normal operations tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 27.

Due to concerns about icy conditions and the ongoing impact of inclement weather, Berkeley County School District students will learn from home and complete eLearning Day assignments on Friday, January 24. In response to ongoing forecasts for wintry weather, to include the potential for snow, Berkeley County School District (BCSD) announced that schools will follow the half-day dismissal bell schedule on Tuesday, January 21. Students will learn from home and complete eLearning Day assignments on Wednesday, January 22. All schools and offices will be closed Wednesday.
