Today at HHA, we celebrated the Month of the Military Child with the Cadets from Goose Creek High School JROTC! These Cadets delivered an outstanding demonstration of Basic Drill and Ceremony (D&C) in honor of our military families.
Some kindergarten students had the unique opportunity to learn essential skills, including how to properly form up, stand at attention, dress right, and cover down. They also practiced basic stationary movements like right and left face. It was inspiring to see their enthusiasm and commitment!
As a special treat, students enjoyed an exhilarating individual exhibition of rifle spinning!
Tomorrow morning, all of our chameleons will be able to watch the JROTC Cadets on our morning news show! Thank you, Goose Creek High School JROTC!
