BERKELEY FOOTBALL | Champions Manual
At Berkeley High School, football is about more than just the game — it’s about building champions in life.
This season, our players are engaging in a season-long character development program through the Champions Manual, focusing on weekly topics that challenge them to grow as leaders, teammates, and young men.
Each week, the program highlights a core value that goes beyond the field.
For example, in Week 5, our focus is on Servant Leadership — learning that true leaders serve others first, fostering growth, well-being, and success for their team.
The Champions Manual is designed to:
Instill lifelong values of leadership, discipline, and accountability
Encourage personal growth and responsibility
Build unity and culture within Stag Nation
We are proud to invest in our players both on and off the field, developing scholars and champions who represent our community with pride.
