Utilize the below linked files to create your new account for your student-athlete if not already completed. It is on BigTeams/PlanetHS where all documents related to your student-athlete will be uploaded. No document will be physically handed in to a coach or the athletic department.
All parents and student-athletes please take special note that any and all documents related to a student-athletes (Medical) status are protected under federal laws (FERPA) & (HIPPA) and must be protected along with any and all (PII) Personal Identifiable Information related to any individual. All documents are to be uploaded to BIGTeams/PlanetHS and not be distributed/turned in physically to any coach or staff member.
