Berkeley Volleyball will hold summer practices every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the New Gym.
Summer practices are open to both returning players and new athletes interested in learning more about volleyball and becoming part of the program. Players will focus on skill development, ball control, serving, passing, defensive techniques, and team concepts to prepare for the upcoming season.
Weight Room Schedule
Returning players only
will participate in strength and conditioning workouts on
Monday and Wednesday mornings
.
All other players should report to the
New Gym
on the scheduled volleyball practice days.
Participation Requirements
Before participating in any summer workout or practice, all athletes must be
cleared through Arbiter
Arbiter can be accessed through the Berkeley Stags Athletics website
under STAGHQ
Athletes who are not cleared will not be permitted to participate.
